Any one boned, firm fleshed fish: 500 gm.Maida 1 cup,Egg 1,Salt to taste,Pepper powder,Breadcrumbs 1 cup,Potato 2 nos.Tomato 2 nos.Oil.
Preparation:
Clean and slice the fish into thin big pieces.Beat the egg well and make a thick batter with the maida and enough water. Add salt and pepper to taste.Dip the fish slices in the maida egg batter.
